We offer educational workshops designed to educate and guide young individuals on building and maintaining healthy relationships and fostering respect in their interactions.
MENTAL HEALTH
COACHING
We offer free mental health and nutritional coaching services to provide support, and promote self-care practices, ensuring young people have the resources to cope with challenges.
SEXUAL HELATH
RESOURCES
We offer free STI and pregnancy testing, practical resources and assistance when facing challenges related to sexual health, pregnancy and parenting.
MENTORING
PROGRAMS
Our mentoring programs will focus on empowering youth with leadership skills, self-confidence and decision making abilities, nurturing their potential to become positive influencers in their communities
